    Congratulations!
I had a natural pregnancy with PCOS ... After many years of trying.
I had some initial bleeding ... I think there is a higher chance of this with PCOS ... So if you have any go see the doc straight away and get them to check all your levels, progesterone etc ... The PCOS can have an affect on hormonal balance ... I believe ... I needed progesterone support to maintain the pregnancy for the first 12 weeks ... My bleeding was at 7 weeks ... But that could just have been me ... You might not have any troubles! I think once the pregnancy is established you should be fine, I don't think the PCOS is then an issue, again though I am not sure! I had no trouble past the initial bleeding, in fact my pregnancy was great.
I hope yours is trouble free!
    Again, congrats!

I have both PCOS and Endo and conceived naturally both times luckily.
    Neither affected my pregnancies.

    Congratulations
