    Default depression help

I couldn't read and not reply. Please talk to someone and tell them exactly what you are feeling. Please know that you won't always feel like this. Have you had any sort of long term psychological treatment? If not engage a recommended psychologist for a continued program. I'm sorry you are feeling like this, I hope you get some help. Remember there are always people that care about you. Massive hugs!!

    Default depression help

I don't suffer from depression myself so can't begin to imagine what you are feeling. It must be excruciating. I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder and OCD and I know the feeling that nothing could possibly help. I have just begun a new medication.

I just wanted to let you know that it is not a hopeless struggle, you must be a strong person to have come this far and I know that means you are strong enough to beat this!

Is there a family member or friend you could talk to right now? I think you need to not be alone right now. Where abouts are you located?

There is something out there that can help you, it is just a matter of finding that right thing.please don't give up!

What are you doing at this moment?

    Default Re: depression help

Hunni I was diagnosed bipolar and depressive. I know how it when u thought the people that went to school to learn how to help...can't. I have mutilated my body I've had my stomach pumped. U wanna know who helped me? Myself. I went for walks in the woods I went to walks and sat on a church stairs (I'm not a christian I just love the building) I started a diary!! I started to get ok once I started to have time to clear my head. What is one thing tjat makes u feel at peace? Maybe water? A book? Do that stuff if u have to...do it 5-6 times a day.
Ill give u an example of what I do
I live by a river. I love running water. Idk why. But I would go to the river sit in the grass and write. Write about what makes it beautiful. The trees? The ripples? The quiteness? Another thing that helps is positive ppl. Not aww I feel so sorry kind of ppl ones that say get the f*** out of bed we r going _________! If u ever wanna talk I'm here

It sounds like a cliche OP, but I think it's very true...

'suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem'.

I am also available to listen if you need to talk. Please talk to someone!

I really think you need to talk to someone tonight, if not me then someone else. How long have you been on the newest medication? I am taking Lexapro and it has a warning on the box about increased suicidal thoughts in e beginning. Is there something similar on yours? Have you taken it today?

You are not alone. There are people who care what happens to you, myself included now!

Please tell me, are you planning to commit suicide? Or thinking about it? At the moment?

    hello

I really hope things do get better soon for you. You sound like you're in a pretty bad place and I wonder if you need some kind of intervention sooner rather than later.

If you have sucicidal thoughts, I would make contact with hospital, after hours GP or regular GP now, as this will get the ball rolling and provide you with the support that your need.
