Oh I'm in the same boat at the moment! With DS 1st birthday only 2 months after Christmas, our house is looking like a toy store! I'm thinking we might buy him a bike. Like the ones that you can convert and parents push to start with, they are on sale in Target starting today I think. I've told other people that winter clothes is an idea??

My DS turns 1 in 4 weeks time and i've been hunting out idea's aswell. He has 2 older sisters so there aren't many very "boyish" toys in our house so for other people that's what i've suggested. For us i've found a vintage style fire truck pedal car, whilst he won't be able to use it yet I'm getting it as a keepsake item, something he got for his first birthday and if he ever has a son or a grandson he can pass it down to them
