If I had to choose from the two, Charli.

I would automatically pronounce Charlee as Char-lee (with the emphasis on lee) if I was looking simply at the spelling.
It's another name that changing the spelling for the sake of different spelling will just cause confusion imo. It won't sound any different. Personally I'd just go with Charlie.

I also like the spelling Charlie better than Charli or Charlee.

Default Which spelling do you prefer?

I have a first name that I constantly need to spell, it is very annoying... I now have a surname from marriage that I have to spell out too! Don't even get me started on the street I live in... Think of your kid when she grows up and continually has to spell it out

It's great being different with names and all that but Charlie is beautiful as it is....

Default Which spelling do you prefer?

    Neither. Charlie.

The other spellings scream the big 'B' word to me

Default Which spelling do you prefer?

    Out of the two Charli.

But I think Charlie looks complete and nice. Would suit a girl fine.

Default Which spelling do you prefer?

If I wanted to name by daughter Charlie, I'd name her Charlotte officially, and her nickname would be Charlie
