    Neither to be honest but then I'm not a fan of made up spelling.

    I'd stick with Charlie.

    Charlie seems more to me like the spelling used for a boy not a girl.

    Charli for a girl is the more traditional, Charlee is relatively new

    Charli annoys my ocd as its missing a letter and looks incomplete.
    I think Charlie looks nice as a girls name as well, but I would vote Charli out of your two.

    Charlee really reminds me of a very trashy and slooty girl in my year at high school so I won't vote for that.
