    Good first week loss, went to the gym 4 times last week and have only been once so far this week due to being so busy. I have been eating well but have also been really really stressed

    so i found out the hard way the TF soups taste like powdered cardboard..eeww! dont try the potato and leek whatever you do. I should have known better than to try a low carb potato soup... really.. its not going to be great sans potato is it!?

    So off to subway for a salad instead. sooo hungry!

    Yuk! Sounds awful MWL! Well I'm going out dancing with the girls tomorrow night, 90's night haha. Tough drinking on a diet tho :/ I like champers which is the worst too.

    Week 1.

    I had a look at that Live Lighter website that's been advertised today, seems to have some good ideas for meal plans etc. Mostly I'm just trying to be more aware of what I'm eating, cutting out fast food altogether and slowly increasing my exercise. I actually really enjoy exercising, it's just the initial motivation to get started which I struggle with.

    I'm aiming to lose 0.5kg a week - more is a bonus, but I'd rather take it slow and steady and keep it off - this is my year to prepare for being a yummy mummy!

    Afm- I'm feeling poop I had an awful day but I managed to have a healthy dinner with a friend and only one glass of wine AND went to the movies snack free! So whilst I feel crappy after a long awful day I'm excited I didn't eat my emotions in a giant box of popcorn and bag of m&ms like I really wanted to. : )

    Congratulations Channy and Arlais! Those are great losses for a week weigh in tomorrow morning.

    Have been sticking with the shakes and doing 40-60 mins cardio a night with my sister to keep me motivated. We will weigh in together in the am.

    Meanwhile, do any of you lovely ladies use the my fitness pal app? I absolutely love it
