I'm doing a bit of 'Clean Eating' which is great, except for when it comes to my horrible snacking...

    Today:
    HEIGHT: 172cm
    WEIGHT STARTING: 85.3kg
WEEKLY WEIGH IN AT GYM: 85.3kgs
WEIGHT TODAY: 84.1kgs (This will be done on my scales at home.)

Just a disclaimer that my home scales are probably lighter than the gym ones, but will continue to weigh myself daily on the home ones. I hope it's not too confusing for everyone.

Morning ladies!! Slight hiccup in my first week. Had a massive family night last night and used up my weeks alcohol points in one night. Oops.
Oh well.. Back on track this morning and looking forward to the week.

    How are you all?!

That's no good madewithlove. I hope everything sorts itself out with your family.
I'm very proud of myself today. Went out for brunch and instead of getting something fried or heavy, I ordered a quiche and salad. Was delicious. Hopefully now that I'm back at work I can get back into my healthy eating routine.

Just did the weekly shop with DH who has decided to drop carbs at dinner also. Pretty stoked it came in under budget. I was expecting it to cost a fortune cause we really only had fruit, veg and meats. No processed crap. No ready meals and no carbs. : )

All stocked up and ready for a healthy week!!

It's amazing how much fruit and veg can cost. We are lucky as DHs dad is a butcher so we get out meat really cheap and it's gd quality. I hate grocery shopping so do it all online and have it delivered good way to budget too

We have considered the online shopping so many times as we both hate doing it. But when we do it together its a lot quicker. We are those annoying ppl who park the trolley and go off in different directions.. grab everything you need and race back to the meeting point. lol - its become a bit of a game. We managed it in less than 35 min yesterday.. new record!
