Default Loosing KG instead of TTC

I live right next to McLaren vale which the wine drinkers may have heard of as a beautiful south Australian wine region so hard for me not to drink it as I love it! But some wineries have a low alcohol, low calorie version which can be quite nice, good for the waistline and gd for TTC with the lower alcohol. I'm liking the new range from rosemont which are for summer.

Default Loosing KG instead of TTC

Hi guys good luck with your weight loss journey.
I'm not weighing myself I hate scales but I too am trying to loose weight am hoping that this might help me get a bfp. Over these holidays I've piled weight on, not really having any me time makes it hard. I'm looking forward to school going back to finally have me time.
I have some awesome recipes if you guys are interested.
My main issue is not eating some days I don't have time for lunch.
My goal is to start walking for half hour each day this week. I have started eating alot more healthy, I have a wedding in April to go to.

I had a lot of success with weight watchers years ago and I think planning is the key, I am a massive dork and have a 7 day meal diary, seems to help me

Feeling really good today guys. So lovely to have you all on board. Its really nice to have each others support! Pitty we don't all love near each other and could have little TTC power lunch - salads of course!

I'm psyched for this new start. Also TF has a new app which is flippin awesome. Has all your portion sizes and meal plans in their as well as a tracker of your weekly weigh ins. Definately upgraded since last time I did the programme. Plus much more convenient than carrying the points book with you around Coles.

Best of luck to you all. I expect to see great numbers falling off you all this time next week! xx
