    HEIGHT: 158cm
    WEIGHT STARTING: 68kg
    WEIGHT TODAY: 68kg
    TOTAL LOSS:
    % LOSS:
    GOAL WEIGHT: 57kg


    CHALLENGES:
    PHYSICALLY: none I have a gym membership and have been going frequently for years

    MENTALLY: I emotionally eat. I too have stacked on about 9 kg since my 2 losses. I often feel so depressed with ttc I just eat to fill the void

    Default Losing KG instead of TTC

    Just wanted to jump on and say a quick congrats you guys are doing great. After yet another let down in my ttc journey decided to dust my wii off and jump on the biggest loser game I haven't sweated so hard in ages, but felt really good. So think ttc might be put on hold I'm going to go for a walk today as well. Yay me

    Hmmm don't think Monday's weigh in is going to be great for me - eating shortbread cookies at 1am because you're still awake and super hungry isn't exactly conducive to weight loss And I'm starving again! Better find something a bit healthier for brekky...

    HEIGHT: 168cm
    WEIGHT STARTING: 81.9kg
    WEIGHT TODAY: 78.8kg
    TOTAL LOSS: 3.1kg
    % LOSS: 3.8%
    GOAL WEIGHT: Must get to 70kg for a normal BMI,would like to get to 60

    So not as well as I thought this week but since I cheated for 2 full days I should be happy that I didn't gain any weight!


    Good to see others doing so well too.

    Gutsed myself today for Aust Day with BBQ food and salad. Got another BFN this month so I'm extremely emotional and that's when I over eat. I have half a block of chocolate in the fridge I'm trying not to eat lol

    Oh dear. We all have out weak moments. Don't let them define your weight loss path though. Remember all the great choices you made this week. If the great outweigh the not so great- I figure your on the right track and off to a good start! xx
