lol- i would suck so hard at bootcamp. I am only just starting to feel fit jogging for minute intervals on the treadmill. Although i surprised myself last night when we got home from the gym DH was going to take the dogs for a walk so i went with him. I still had energy left after and wasnt puffed really at all. We live in a very hilly area.. so usually i am stuck walking the older dog who can barely keep up.. slow pokes at the back. last night we were up front.. admitadly i was basically dragging the older dog with me.. but we were there all the same!
