My story.... I was actively TTC but after the elatement of a BFP and then the heartache of an early MC I am feeling pretty miserable about myself.
I can't control TTC but I can definitely do myself a favour and stop punishing my body with ice cream and chocolate whilst feeling sorry for myself - especially since I have only continued to put on weight after DS6.
I'm putting myself first and loosing weight and hopefully also finding some clarity and motivation along the way to get my head back into TTC.
So who's with me?
WEIGHT STARTING: 112.9kg
WEIGHT TODAY: 112.9kg
GOAL WEIGHT: mini goal under 100kg then onto pre baby weight of 89kg.
PHYSICALLY: actually get to the gym!!
MENTALLY: first week is always easy. Don't get carried away and assume it will always be easy like this only to beat yourself up next week when you crave chocolate and give in
