    Yeah I grabbed water when I woke up but Im so tired today so made a coffee, ran out of skim milk yesterday too. I didnt exercise today or yesterday, my back was killing me so I didnt and today, Im really just to tired Bad excuss I know, but if I do, I will be even more buggered than I am now.
    Im doing ok on the diet, but the exercise is the thing I cant do. DP keeps bring home jacks and coke, I get through 1/4 - 1/2 a bottle til I remember and throw it out lol.

    Hey guys hows it going?
    I've been a bit off track lately but I will push on! I have decided to get myself a personal trainer in order for me to actually exercise(and not just say I will)
    I also have a big event in about three months and I want to look spiffing then!
    Any thoughts on PT's?

    morning guys....i have been slack posting in here but I wanted to just get into the hang of things. I am now 82.2 which is another 500g gone this week...not brilliant but I have had lots of social stuff on so i am glad i am still losing.

    I am off to get fat cavation done this morning...my DH got me 10 sessions off groupon for valentines day (i asked for it lol) and I am a bit excited. It is supposed to be like "non surgical weight loss surgery". I am hoping it is going to help me shed the last 10 and tighten up some skin too. So nervous but excited too lol
