Well done Honkey on your loss!

I tasted some Vita Diet shake thingos. I tried last night the chocolate moose one but had it with milk... Learnt my lesson there, have it with water. It was so think and creamy with milk, almost sickening. Tasted good though. This morning I had a coffee one with water and it kinda tasted good. Im not sure how they rank on the shake chart though and really dont know what to look for.

I feel poo this morning though. I couldnt even do 5 minutes on the cross trainer, only made it to 4 lol But Im off to Freo today and plan to get quite a bit of walking done while Im there, so I hope that is enough.
I really need to stop looking at the scales though, they arent really doing much each morning just making me disapointed.

Yesterday I was starving marvin, so I made two bits of toast and two poached eggs to satify me. I cant do eggs with no bread though so will need to buy something other than white bread. Before bed last night I made up some musli with yogurt and fruit, tasted it this morning and its SOOOOOO sweet I couldnt eat it hahaha so just had my coffee shake....

    mmmmm Bacon.... *drool* lol

Im trying to think of meals in which I can change up to be healthier at dinner time. Like if I made satay beef and rice for everyone, I can take the beef out and throw on a salad for me. My kids are small and doctors always tell me to beef them up a bit lol So they still need a good serving of rice, potato, pasta etc but I want to avoid it.

Beef is ok, you need protein. I would skip the rice.

I'm going to stick with what I have been doing the last three days:

    7am shake and coffee
11am shake and coffee (I don't have sugar with my coffee just a dash of skim milk).
    3pm shake and coffee
and then for dinner, depending what I am cooking for the family I will have steamed vegies (no carb vegies) and if we are having lean meat or chicken I will have a little of that.
7pm chocolate shake to curb my sugar craving and supplement my dinner.

    2 litres water + a day.
