    Default Re: Weight loss shakes..

I really really want to get on duromine. I might go see a doctor next week about it. I dunno what to say either.
It will be the kick start I need.

Sent from my GT-I9300T using BubHub

    Default Weight loss shakes..

Alicia92 be careful with duromine it sends you a bit crazy. Very up/down and a bit psycho is the best way to put it. My husband thought i should be committed lol. I lost 10kg on it but gained it all back as soon as I stopped.

Im sure it doesnt effect everyone the same. Just like any drug, it has different side effects.

It has not sent me crazy! I have been on it for 2 months now and I am fine. I know some people will be effected...but not all.

I make sure I eat sensibly...drink lots of water...stay in touch with my GP. I have lost 6 kg per month in the last 2 months...including my 2 week "plateau". I could prob lose more and faster...but I don't want to get off it and rebound. To me the most important bit is what happens when i come off it...I will maintain my weight from here on in, i have promised myself.

Make sure you go somewhere that stocks the "no name brand"...heaps cheaper

Anyways. I took my duromine at 7am. So only hour and a half ago. Feeling a bit shakey... Not sure if that has anything to do with it though. I do *feel* a bit more energenic but the kids slept at their nans last night and I do normally feel a bit more awake without the kids draining me. I swear they are energy sucking midgets haha
I have to go pick them up in a bit so i hope Im ok to drive.....
I had a binge last night. I feel sh!t today from doing so. Just had the hurta munchies and jelly wasnt enough
I begged DP to buy me a kerbab and he refused, thats great but then I didnt get stopped getting something else I should be able to control myself. I hope these meds work other wise Im not going to be very good at this diet thing
