I made my shake this morning is frozen berries, mango and banana. Thats all we had and it was very filling and yummy. I will be making up my smoothie packs again when I have the money. I put kiwi fruit, banana, berries, strawberries in it. But I will have to add mango too. That mango I cut up about this time last year and threw it in the freezer. Its still yummy lol
    Sounds delicious!

    Default Weight loss shakes..

Down 2.3kg since I started Monday. Today I REALLY feel like eating more but will just drink more water :S

I realise these kilos are water weigh but I'll take that over looking 6 months pregnant when I'm not.

I'm going out with my friend Friday night so will just be good till then, and not so bad when I'm out with her

    Default Weight loss shakes..

Yep headaches are normal. Just keep up the fluids and take some Panadol.

I just went to Coles and bought a tub Chocolate Rapid Loss. The celebrity slim was not tasty enough for me. I find the rapid loss shakes yummy and filling. Can I be changed to rapid loss shakes please

Hokey Pokey. Im soo glad my mum is on these things because I know how she would react once I started. At least with her on them too she cant bag me out for being on them.
I to have been wandering how isowhey compares to optifast.

some air popped popcorn and a glass of caff free diet coke usually gets me through. I try not to do it often as I know corn is not great...but, it is the best I have come up with

Try to talk myself in to why I need to stick to it and why not to give in. Doesn't always help though LOL but we are only human
