Hey ladies hope you don't mind me joining in! I'm doing a shakes diet at the moment, a mix of celeb slim and slim right.
I can't give up coffee so for my morning shake I add a shot of chilled coffee to my choc shake, so yummy and helps me wake up! It's just like a mocha
I have found the shakes are sometimes a bit sickly sweet for me so I actually halve the satchet but still use the full amount of water or milk. It helps me with snacking too as I usually feel hungry about an hour after so then I have the rest!
The hardest part for me is going out. I don't want everyone to know I'm on a shake diet and it seems like every get together revolves around food! So I'm letting myself relax a bit on weekends and just stick to it all week.
I have a party at the end of February and would love to lose 6kgs by then. I know it's achievable as long as I stick to this!
