    Default Weight loss shakes..

Hey ladies hope you don't mind me joining in! I'm doing a shakes diet at the moment, a mix of celeb slim and slim right.

I can't give up coffee so for my morning shake I add a shot of chilled coffee to my choc shake, so yummy and helps me wake up! It's just like a mocha

I have found the shakes are sometimes a bit sickly sweet for me so I actually halve the satchet but still use the full amount of water or milk. It helps me with snacking too as I usually feel hungry about an hour after so then I have the rest!

The hardest part for me is going out. I don't want everyone to know I'm on a shake diet and it seems like every get together revolves around food! So I'm letting myself relax a bit on weekends and just stick to it all week.

I have a party at the end of February and would love to lose 6kgs by then. I know it's achievable as long as I stick to this!

Good luck ladies looking forward to seeing everyone's progress!

Oh and P.S the slim right accelerator shakes are on special this week at woolworths, $9 a tub which has 11 servings. Great to keep as a back up one in the cupboard!

Try some of the bars and see if they help. I keep one in my handbag for times I get stuck and if i am going to a cafe with friends or something, I eat it just before I go in and then I just have a skim decaf coffee.

I try and steer meet ups towards somewhere I can get something plain like steak and salad as that doesn't mess my day up. BBQ's are awesome for low calorie/carb diets...stick with lean meat and salad (load up on salad) and avoid pasta/breads/refined foods.

I am the same, i don't want people knowing...it's my private business what I am doing to lose weight! I alternate between letting myself have a treat and sticking to my plan...i do tend to avoid meet ups when I am being strict though lol

    Default Weight loss shakes..

So yesterday went well after not being on a diet since before Christmas. I had a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch. Dinner was a Maggi rice and chicken dish. Dinner is what everyone else eats but I just have a smaller portion. Tonight I'm going to try and get on the treadmill. I swear all the cleaning and loads of washing I do must be good exercise lol.

hahahaha I always hope running around after kids is good enough but never is lol I get plenty of walking done when I go to the shops too

I made my shake this morning is frozen berries, mango and banana. Thats all we had and it was very filling and yummy. I will be making up my smoothie packs again when I have the money. I put kiwi fruit, banana, berries, strawberries in it. But I will have to add mango too. That mango I cut up about this time last year and threw it in the freezer. Its still yummy lol

    Wooo lost 1kg yay!

I'm only doing 2 shakes and 1 small meal but when I went to eat last night I felt quite sick and honestly couldn't fit in more than 2 mouthfuls talk about stomach shrinkage!

I have a major headache though is this normal?

Just popping in to say I managed a hole 5 minutes on my cross trainer. Lol it doesnt sound like much I know, but even at its lowest setting its bloody hard. Cheap piece of poo haha But I worked up a sweat even right under the air con and my legs are burning, so im sure it did some good.

I cooked a lovely roast dinner tonight for the family and sat there and watch them eat with hungry eyes haha I grabbed a piece of cauliflour and ate that so the kids didnt freak out with all the staring!

A friend picked up a cheap cross trainer - it wasn't til they got it home they realised why the person sold it to the cheap. The previous owner had never connected the wiring and so it always felt hard - might be an idea to check if it is ridiculously hard.
