I would never force myself to consume something that I really did not like! You just won't stick to it otherwise!

    I nearly bought the ISowhey...glad i didn't now.

I got some Optislim this morning...not as nice as the Coles ones or the Celebrity Slim but is OK. I want to give it 2 weeks of 3 shakes a day (i've been doing 2 plus 1 meal) and really get over this plateau!

I almost went Optifast but was swayed by the 2 boxes for $50 deal at Chemist Warehouse lol

Has anyone tried Optifast and Optislim...is there much of a taste difference?

lol, maybe that's the secret to losing weight... they make the shakes so gross it's just easier to go hungry.
seriously tho, I'm glad i tried the optifast. the Celebrity slim gave me a gross aftertaste and were watery and frothy. The optifast were like a thick milkshake and i love the vanilla and chocolate. mmm
