    Default Weight loss shakes..

Anyone had success with them? I know more than likely you put it back on but am interested in what you used and how much you lost.

I'm looking at losing 10kg's pretty quickly.

It depends if those 10 kilos are those 10 kilos! The ones that take a little (for a little I mean a lot) more to shift. I am currently in a 3 year battle with those 10 kilos myself and have tried shakes and detox diets. They get me to the nasty last 5 kilos and then 1 week of eating sends me back to 10 again.
Sorry but I can't actually recommend any at this stage, lots of cardio seems to help for a while too, then I plateau at the half way mark.

    Default Weight loss shakes..

    Optifast program
    I was 128kgs
    Now I'm 65kgs.

Took a long time, but it was easy to stick too, my dr helped me and most drs know a lot about the optifast so he was happy to do weekly appointments with me to help me through.

I had tried and failed on all other shake diets but this one.
I was suppose to have Lap Banding but my GP wanted me to try optifast first

    Good luck!

Here are some of my weight loss pictures, I did optifast for 8 months then started following healthy eating once I had broken "Habbits"

^ the first photo was after a few months on the diet (no I wasn't pregnant )
The second photo was me after I had finished optifast and went onto healthy eating.
My hair was brown for a while, that is me in all the pictures

    Default Weight loss shakes..

I found Optislim worked better for me rather than Optifast. Cheaper too, only $55 for 2 boxes at Chemist Warehouse. Took me a week to get used to them.

Yes optifast is expensive.. At Amcal chemists I use to pay $50 for 1 box.
    A box had 21 packets.
I had tried others in the past and they didn't seem to be as successful for me, I did hear about the optislim but I was to afraid to change once optifast was working lol.

I did compare Optifast to tony ferg and tony had more sugar.
Looking back as long as the sugar, carb, fat content is similar there shouldn't really be a difference between Optifast and something different.
