    Default Bleb?

So the other post about the blocked duct reminded me, I had a white spot on my nipple about 3 weeks ago, which I figured was a 'bleb' and cleared it (I think) with a sterilized needle. It's no longer there but instead there's like a larger scar type hole that's closed over but when my letdown happens I have noticed a thick ****** flows out of that one place (as well as all the other smaller ones). I have no pain, only had a small amount when the white spot was there, and it doesn't appear infected, bubs is fine on that breast too. Do I need to do anything else or worry about it?

    Default Bleb?

I had something similar a few months ago. Was like a little white bump that I thought was a blocked milk duct but then sorta turned into a blood blister and popped. Sounds gross but it was all over and done with within probably 3 days. As long as you aren't experiencing any discomfort and bubs is draining the breast so as to avoid anything like mastitis then I'd just keep an eye on it. You will probably find its all okay

    Default Bleb?

It sounds like its all ok now since milk is flowing. When my bleb cleared, I also had some scar thingie cover it but my milk wouldn't flow unless I kept opening the scar which in turn led to bleeding.. Not pleasant and milk eventually wouldn't come out from that hole unless I kept expressing for like 30mins or so and obviously DD doesn't have the patience so we ended up weaning that side altogether.

Just make sure milk is flowing (although you'll know if its not as the breast won't drain fully on one area of the boob) and I think you're ok!

It sounds like it's fine now.
I had one with DD but it kept coming back and it was really painful. I kept popping it but it kept coming back. I fed DD for 18 months but towards the end when ever I popped it I would get blood, not milk. Strange! Sometimes it was so small when it came back that you wouldn't have known it was there if you didn't know what you were looking for.
