Our girl was really bad at pulling and we tried everything, then we bought a gentle leader off eBay and she has stopped pulling now! If they try to it just sort of pulls their head around.

I have a similar one for Cooper. It certainly does help, he can't pull anywhere near as much. Even though the one we have us for flat faced breeds he still manages to get it off. So when we go out I put that on, plus his normal collar, and a little double lead thing that connects the two. What a PITA.

I've always had a soft spot for the terriers, such cheeky dogs.

My guys probably need explaining, I have a BRT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Russian_Terrier and a PON http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_Lowland_Sheepdog

I guess I also have a soft spot for rare European breeds .

I currently have a chocolate labrador and a British bulldog cross.

Grew up with labbys and a German shepherd cross both breeds were lovely dogs but I don't think you can ever go past a lab

    Staffy's.
Our boy jim is nearly 15 and he's going blind and deaf. We bought a new staffy pup a few weeks ago, her name is jada and jim adores her.

we also have maddy, her dad is a Rottweiler, her mum is a staffy but she also has dingo and blue heeled in her. She is the colour of a Rottweiler but not quite as big as one. We call her our gentle giant. She's so sweet.

We have a jack Russell and DH has a couple of working dogs - a koolie and a black and tan kelpie pup (so cute!!).
I have a real soft spot for whippets, our old 'whippy' had the most beautiful nature!!

I've always loved goldens & labs - and we ended up going with a retriever. He's the most beautiful, cheeky, personable pup - driving us nuts in puppy phase, but wouldn't change him for the world.

He loves walks but is a terrible puller too. We have started him with a similar halti style collar.
