I am 21 weeks today but did not weigh in yet - running late for work and also - a little scared of the scales this week- haven't been doing much and haven't been eating the best the last few days......... BOO! Got to get back on track!

I'm 23 weeks now and weighed myself yesterday for the first time since I was about 12 weeks, and I've gained 7kg! I've gone from 48kg pre-preg to 55kg. This seems like more than everyone else on this board!

I'm really surprised because my appetite hasn't increased and I'm still thin everywhere except my boobs (have gone from a 10B to a 10E!) and my baby bump.

People keep telling me "you're tiny" and "you're all baby" and I do feel fairly thin still - like I still have a gap between my thighs, and all my size 6 clothes still fit - so it is weird to me that I have in fact gained so much weight already.

    Scales are funny things!

I'd put a few kilos down to gaining massive boobs haha

Everyone is different. I've a friend who is 13 weeks and alread put on 7kg, and another friend who had already gained 12 kg at 24 weeks. I wouldnt worry

    Default Weight Gain so far

I'm 25weeks. Weighed in army 24week appt and was up 5.5kgs from starting weight. Really starting to struggle now as with the heat and feeling so tired I find myself reaching for snack food and unhealthy options. My self control is not good at all.

I'm not very good at checking in!

I'm 25+5 today and up 3kg from my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm not doing as much exercise as I should be, but I'm really happy with 3kg gain!

Down to 54.5kg at 29+1 I hadn't gained for about 3 weeks and now am going down. I can tell my face, arms and legs are thinner. I'm eating so much but the GDM diet is pretty low calorie.

So 4.5kg gain with about 10 weeks to go.

    Hey gang,

So I just found this weight chart: http://www.*******.com.au/weightgain...weightgain.asp

I don't know how reliable it is, but I just typed in my stats and it was super reassuring as according to the chart, I am exactly on track for 23 weeks! Phew.

It is weird to me that I have already gained 7kg when I feel like my appetite hasn't increased and I'm not eating any extra - and that none of you have gained so much! Oh well, the chart has put my mind at ease.

My philosophy is still just eat when I'm hungry, eat healthy food, and exercise. I guess it is working even if I have already gained so much?

I haven't seen my midwife since I started loosing weight. See the consultant obstetrician next week I'll mention it.

DH is super concerned but I think if she's growing and I'm not measuring behind then it's ok. She must just be taking it all from me!

Mrss it blocked some of that out but pretty sure I know the site, I put my figures in and I'm above the minimum but well below the average and max gain so I'm happy.

Bluelips I get why dh is worried but its hard to gain weight when you're on such a strict diet!
