Default Re: Weight Gain so far

Weighed in yesterday at gp's room.
I was expecting maybe 4-5kg gain as my belly has grown a lot lately. I was surprised i had only gained 2 kg. Lost 1kg and gained 4, so i am only up 3kg since falling pregnant.
Dh is calling me a watermelon smuggler though lately, belly is round and all out the front!

    I'm so jealous!!!!!!
I'm 20 weeks today - hey we are due on the same day I just realised!
    I have gained 4.1kg........... BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

That's a big jump from last week so I'm determined to not let this get away from me now!

I have been really hungry - and although I've been eating well, maybe too much.
Any maybe not as much exercise this week.
    Not sure.
My tummy sure has popped out though but I feel & look ok everywhere else.

Hopefully I can keep it under control and not gain much in the next few weeks!

That's a small gain, don't worry!! I remember my bub a growth spurt around that time, I was constantly hungry & nothing would fill me up. I was eating heaps more than usual but it only lasted about a week or so then I went back to eating a normal amount. Don't worry xx

    I'm still 55kg at 27 weeks so 5kg gain.

Im a GDM now and have stepped up my exercise so I think it might slow down a little bit.

Thanks Mrsl! I wouldnt worry too much about a jump in your gain, up until 18 weeks I'd only gained half a kilo then it was just a mass gain after that lol

    Bluelips you're doing really well
