I was 56kgs pre-pregnancy, I have only really gained about 1.5kgs, but I had bad nausea in the first trimester & I'm not eating much more than normal now at 15 weeks.

I weighed in yesterday morning at 21+4 and was up 2.3kg. I need to keep my gain under 300g a week if possible

That would be good - I am 18 weeks today and am up 500g since last week!

Have been doing all the right things & I guess weight gain is to be expected, but I'd like it to be less than that in a week!

    Default Weight Gain so far

I read that from week 13 you should expect to gain 0.5kgs per week. I'm hoping I don't gain that much

I think that's relative to pre pregnancy weight, I sure as hell don't want to gain that much for the remainder of my pregnancy lol

me too! I don't want to gain more than 200g per week from here on out!
Hopefully there will be some weeks with no gain to even it out!
