    I finally jumped on the scales this morning and am up 4 kilos before I was pregnant . I'm 17 weeks 5 days , I'm 174cm tall is this ok?? I was 68 and am now at 72 don't like the creeping weight gain though will have to get used to it

    Clucky 72kg & 174cm sounds fine for how tall you are-even if you weren't pregnant!

    Thanks mrsleesey was worrying it was too much for now ! Hard to see it creeping on ! Seems to be storing on my love handles at the moment !

    There are lots of weight gain calculators online you can check out! They can be reassuring when you're not sure!

    I used the one on *******.com.au you enter start weight and height then it gives you a chart with every 2 weeks listed (4, 6, 8, etc) a minimum, maximum and average weight gain I found it good for tracking my gain and staying on track
