Don't stress girls, you are all doing great! The only reason I've only gained 3kg is because I was sick for 3 weeks in January/February and actually LOST the weight that I had gained to that point. That plus as I said, I started little over my ideal weight....

And if it's any comfort, this is baby number 4 for me, and every other pregnancy I'm pretty sure I had gained between 10 and 12kg by this point (32 weeks).

Well I finaly braved the scales this morning... I am still within the "recommended weight gain" for 27 weeks and my starting weight - which gives me some comfort, but I know I need to hold at this weight for a few weeks - I can be eating better and I certainly can be doing more exercise.
So after Easter -walking 30 mins each morning on the treadmill before work & not just eating whatever I want - some self control wouldn't go astray!!!

I'm 17 weeks, and I've actually lost weight. I think it may be because my partner had major surgery and my diet all changed because I was eating less frequently and different things. I've lost 2 kilos since being pregnant.
