Default Daycare centres - Northern Gold Coast

    Hi all,
I'm probably in the incorrect section, sorry.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice/reviews on daycare centres on the northern end of the gold coast?

    Thanks in advance

Default Daycare centres - Northern Gold Coast

My DS used to be in the nursery 1 day per week at the daycare up behind dreamworld (sorry, can't remember the name). It was fantastic.

I'm looking at pacific pines, coomera etc.

I've driven past the bonny babes one, it looks lovely.

Only looking for one day a week at the moment.

We were in studio village. I thought the trip up to coomera would be a pain, but it wasn't bad at all

Default Daycare centres - Northern Gold Coast

Last year I was attending playgroup at Southbank Tafe so it's run by a teacher and the students who are learning child care, do activities with the kids. It was really good, even though I only went for a term.

However we are moving down the Coast later this month so I want to find something else for my DD (10months) and to help me make some new GC mummy friends!

I looked at the playgroup website so I guess I'll just have to go and try them out once we are down there. I'll let you know my thoughts.

Default Daycare centres - Northern Gold Coast

There are play groups run at Oxenford Community Centre - have a look at there website for details.

There is also a good one located at St Mary's Catholic Church (non religious - they just use the church hall) at Upper Coomera. Try googling this one - I don't have any contact details.

As for child care centres, there are good and bad. I won't publicly put them out there - perhaps you could PM me once you find one with vacancies/near home etc and I can let you know if I know anything about their reputation.

    Good luck ladies.
