    Default Feeling light headed sucks

Around 20 weeks, big big belly already and having one of those feeling light headed days - had to grab a seat at the shops, or might have fallen over!

This is the one symptom I have had both pregnancies that gives me the major sh1ts. So difficult to get anything done, just wasting time on the couch... it never lasts longer than a day at a time, I know tomorrow will be better. But frustrating all the same.

Anyone else have this symptom when you're preggo?

Yep me. Im 22 weeks and always get light headed. Was shopping today with DP and DS and I had to walk out of the shop and go and sit down on a chair and wait for them. Was honestly worried I was going to pass out in that chair...that would have been embarrassing Lol

Yes I does suk! I have always had it pregnant or not as my blood pressure is low. I had it bad around 20 weeks. Had to get dp to collect me from a shopping centre once! I still have it now around 32 weeks even though my blood pressure has risen. This heat does not help.
For me lots of liquid helped and if I was bad a drink like Gatorade helps, but I haven't had one while pregnant. Some salt helps too, like a handful of nuts.
    good luck!

Yep I got like that while I was pregnant.....people at work didn't seem to see the amusing side of me lying on the floor with my feet up on a chair trying to get the blood back into my head!! But I figured that was better than me fainting and ending up on the floor anyway!!

Hope it passes soon for you!!

    Yup!

Dizzy today! I had a few pieces of honey toast and felt a little better, water is key though I think.
