I just ordered mine today! I love it! Can't wait to get it home (and have the bub to put in it!)

Can you tell me what they are like in terms of size and manoeuvrability? I am a shorty (5ft) and the original strider is way too big and bulky for me even with the handle lowered. Is the compact that much less bulky. The lady at the store was raving about them but they have none in stock and I am not particularly keen on another 2.5 hr drive when they get some in. I have found thus far the silvercross surf to be really good and they are in the same price bracket but the strider can have the extra seat. I don't know what to do!!!!!

I'm 5'4 and I find it so easy to push and it turns easily. I haven't tried it with a baby in it yet tho. It's 7 cm narrower thank goodness! Otherwise I doubt it would fit thru the front door!

can I ask March2013 if you find the incline quite big for a newborn, we have just set ours up and it's not as flat as I thought, seems like the bub would be uncomfortable?

Do you mean the seat? Youre not recommended to use the seat until they are 6 months. I bought a 2nd hand bassinet (strider plus model fits) and I have an infant carrier.

Yeah that makes sense but not what we were told. We're looking at taking this back as we specifically did not want a bassinett or to use the capsule in the pram for long walks. Bummer.

If you read the specs the stroller seat is from birth to 20kg. I have been using it for three months and find it great. It's sturdy and maneuverable with one hand. I love the height and the fact that my dd can face me. It is fairly bulky when folded but I accepted that as I wanted a stroller that could accommodate a second seat and this one is the best fit for me.

Great reading all of your info ladies. I've ordered mine in shell with the infant carrier. DH tested it in store with me and also found it really easy to maneuver and fold. My dad & step mum are buying it for us so when my step mum ordered the pram she tested it all out aswell as she is very fussy and pleased that she said she loved it can't wait till July when bubs is here to use it!
