My eldest is Kaida and we are not Japanese. I love Japanese names and had Kaida chosen when I was 11 lol

I don't think it is strange at all

I read that as 'email', sorry. However I once wrote 'Brain' instead of 'Brian' so it may just be me.

I love the name Amali! Had my DS been a girl then *she* would have been Imogen Amali ( I wanted Amali Imogen but it's all about compromise) Alas he's a little tearaway boy that jumps off of furniture and has an really OLD name, not very common any more but I have heard of it being used since then.

Also... I know a Princess, spelled correctly

Lol!!!! I'm sure some people just throw a bunch of letters that *kind* of look like a name and say there you go! I always felt so sorry for Khailyb and Maecyn (and yes they were even brothers) because Caleb and Mason are such lovely names!

Ok so I am all for alternative spellings and different names but that is awful :/
At first glance it didn't really look like names at all.
