Default Round ligament pain during pregnancy.

Is/has anyone else had this where its quite bad?

I'm meant to be staying off my feet because of high blood pressure but have prob been over doing it lately. I've had this pain since early on but in the last few weeks its gotten really bad. When I roll over in bed I get really sharp/burning pain in my lower belly and when I try to get up in the morning it's so bad/sharp it takes my breath away and makes me double over. It sort of feels like my muscles snapping.

Is it normal to have it that bad? It seems to get a bit better if I move around a bit more and is worse if I've been sitting awhile or going up stairs.
