Sorry! Yours may be milder! And there's always pain relief if it gets too bad

My contractions felt like i needed to do a no.2. Sorry for tmi but every contraction felt like i needed to. My whole belly would tense up and my back felt like knives scraping my spin. Wasnt the best feeling in the world but only lasted 4 hours so cant complain

    No pain relief here.
At first was just extremely bad cramping that radiated from the back to the front. Which eventually got stronger and longer, that pretty much took the breath out of me. What got me the most was the pressure you felt as you got further along. It very much like you were splitting in 2. ( I said that to my DH while in labour and he said 'Well honey, in a sense you are')

I find it hard to explain but also because I have had short labours, all drug free. First was 3 and a half hours induced, second didn't know I was having contractions he was out 4 mins after breaking my waters and most recently had to be induced cause waters broke but no contractions so that was 38 mins till she was out.

Def a lot of pressure, I was able to breathe through most of it, it's the pushing part that I hate lol, contractions seem bearable to me that I just focus and breathe.

If anyone has had a beauty treatment that they put pads on your body and it contracts all of your muscles would have an idea of what it is like for me
