    I would highly recommed miele from personal experience. Here is a good source for vacuum cleaner reviews if you need additional info.

    I had a miele ... but got a dyson 3yrs ago and would never go back to a miele ... loooooove my dyson!

    If u have the money a Dyson cordless for daily clean plus something better for bigger cleaning the cordless is amazing and better than many full sized vacuums but my sauber is still better again. It's awesome though quickly running about with no cords, I fill the canister every day....can even carry a toddler on hip and vacuum easily. Dysons are great for the price esp say the entry models are heaps better than many others in that price range but there are better vacuums out there in the upper end of price ....

    We have a Hoover Vogue and it's fantastic, picks up sooo much we have to empty it after every room!
