    I hope everything is ok

I had a big bleed with DD at 14 weeks. I was coughing in the night with a cold when I felt a gush. I actually assumed I'd wet myself because a bleed was the last thing I expected, given that I was pregnant. It was a fair amount of blood, then I proceeded to bleed brown blood for two weeks after that. I had a scan after that first bleed and everything was just fine.

I really hope all is well with your bubbas x

I have to say the midwife at st Marys ward at st john of god murdoch was excellent. The on call doctor came in and did the scan. They were all so good about it and did an excellent job.

I was originally planning to goto emergency; but they just asked me to come to the above the private hospital that i am booked in when i contacted my obstetrician.

A good midwife makes a huge difference!
