Im not sure if he knew then, but im sure he would now. Obviously he'd have to know now what the charges are. Im assuming the police have let him have access to his phone, and thats got to count for something surely?

I have not judged her, I have just said to not live in hope that it's a mistake!

What do you mean by access to his phone? They can't have mobile phones in jail or while in remand in custody (or whatever its called)

Can I ask why he didn't tell you in his message what the charges vaguely related to just to try and ease your mind? He must know you are beside yourself (quite understandably), did he say anything to give an indicator of what the issue was?

It would be access to A phone. Not his personal phone.

If it wasn't something serious or something that would make you break up with him he'd tell you what the charges were. The fact that he hasn't is really telling to me.

    Default Partner in Custody.

They would have confiscated all his belongings when he was arrested so it wouldn't be his phone.
