Default What email is everyone using to send complaints about FRERs to?

As per the heading n following recent false positives, I would like to complain to at least get a refund but am unsure where to direct the complaint?

    TIA x

I would not have a clue! I know there was a few ladies who sent in emails but I can't find the threads to ask them

They are indent lines. I contacted them to complain a week ago as I've got 2 in 3 months. They said it's very uncommon, I said nope it's not, do a google search of FRER and indent lines. Lots of women are talking about it.

Go to contact us on their page way down the bottom and there is an addy there.
