    hi ladies,
    hoping I can join?
we sadly just miscarried our bub. we were only around 1month pregnant. we got our bfp 10dpo.. tested at 11dpo and 12dpo all dark bfp. the tested this morning and negative.. went off to work and went to the toilet to notice I had started spotting
I have terrible cramping and I just feel so devastated. From what I've read it is a early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy.
My husband and I were so excited... it would have been our third child..I just can't believe Monday I had such a strong bfp and now today it's all over..
anyway.. enough of being a downer..
it was our first month of ttc so I am hoping we are lucky this month.
thanks for listening and I look forward to reading along and all going on this ttc journey together and hopefully we will all have sticky bubs this month x

I tried alternating between lying on my back and front for 15min each after DTD last cycle. It technically worked. But it wasn't a sticky bean.

I read somewhere that a lot of women can have a tilted cervix/uterous and lying on your back can make it harder for the swimmers to get in. Figured it couldnt hurt to switch it up a bit.
While checking my cp I noticed that my cervix tilts to the right. I haven't tried but maybe lying on my right hand side will help? Hopefully I won't need to try, not finished with January yet!

I picked up my preseed so we are all ready to go!

Hi princess. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It is an awful feeling having felt that excitement and joy only to have it taken away so quickly. I had a similar experience last month and honestly I don't think I will ever get over that heartache but we will move forward and I truly believe that one day we will get to meet our precious little bub and all will be right with the world again and the same for you and your family.

You also could get a blood test to confirm your hcg levels as a way to definitely know what has happened.

    Thinking of you! xx
