Default Help what's eating my new veggie patch !?

I have planted quite a decent sized veggie patch two weeks ago. I water it day and night . It's in a full sun position . My parsley has no leaves and my baby spinach is wilted and chewed and even my carrot tops are being muched and holes in Asian cabbage !

I have not used any chemicals yet , would prefer a natural solution but what do I do or spray ?

I have tomatoes, spinach, capsicum, carrot, zuchinni , basil , mint, parsley, silver beet, leeks .

    I don't really know what I'm doing!!

    Help!

Have you noticed and little white butterflies hanging around? If so, their larve is a small caterpillar that will destroy your veggie patch. You can get a natural spray for this. Also I've grown a few of your herbs and I'm sure parsley and basil don't like full afternoon Sun.
