Default First pregnancy, need advice asap ):

    Hey ladies,

okay so this is my first pregnancy, i am currently 11 weeks 3 days. earlier, while laying down i felt something move in my stomach. its very indescribable. but as i felt it, i placed my hand on my stomach and felt this big bump. i then panicked and sat up, then the bump moved to my lower left abdominal, i would say right above my pubic bone. as a first timer, i'm very worried but its very late in the night to go to the doctor. any advice?

Wind or maybe you're further along than 11 weeks?

Sounds like your baby or placenta, if you're having no pain/discomfort no bleeding I personally wouldn't worry, its early to be feeling movements but it could be you have lots of fluids in the placenta which would explain what you felt (I think).
at the end of your first trimester there's lots of growth so maybe your uterus is expanding rapidly. I'd go to the gp in the next few days to do a check up. .. can't hurt right?!

I've heard of people feeling baby from 11 weeks so you could've maybe it's twins
But yeah I think you should be right. The only times you really need to be worried is when you're bleeding or in discomfort.

Usually first movements are felt later on and are softer than that. Is it possible you are further along than 11 weeks?

I could feel my DS at 10 weeks, everyone is different. It was a more squirming type of movement that early on. If i gently put pressure above my pubic bone i could just feel the movement on the outside. The internal movement got stronger until i could feel proper kicking at around 15-16 weeks.

If you are worried mention it at your next antenatal appointment.

So its not too early to feel my little one move? I really hope its just he/she moving because it really put me in a panic mode But there was no bleeding, or pain so thats a big weight lifted off my shoulder. All I felt was a bump on my stomach then sat up and it moved to my lower abdominal. The feeling was pretty amazing, but its just REALLY freaked me out. that its just the baby moving
