Default Wedge thingy to stop baby rolling

Someone mentioned a while ago about a wedge thing designed to stop babies rolling - two wedges joined by a fabric strip that goes under their back. Can anyone tell me what they're called and where I might find one?

DS has started rolling back to front in his wrap-me-up and then can't get back or even push himself up much with his hands restrained, but he's still got his startle reflex so I don't think he's ready to get out of the wrap-me-up yet. So I'm looking for a way to keep him on his back in the meantime...

This is similar to the one I used with DS1 who also liked to be swaddled beyond rolling time.

I'm pretty sure I just picked mine up at Target or Big W. Mine didn't have that whole pad, just a fabric strip behind the back.

I used one for DD2 but was told by my midwife what it was a SIDS risk and to get rid of it. Mine was a safe 'n' sound. I would speak with your CHN before using one.
