    Hi there,

We moved to Butler from Sydney recently and absolutely love it here. I think the best things about Butler are that its close to the beach, theres parks and walkways everywhere so plenty of stuff for the kids to do, and theres a real community feel about the place. Most of the different estates in Butler are lovely and theres a new huge shopping centre/town centre being built at the moment that will make shopping so much easier.

We absolutely love it here, and cant speak highly enough about the place

Been living in Butler for 6 years and love it. Lovely estates. Very family friendly with lots of families living here. Loads of parks , shops close by, big shopping centre nearby in Clarkson and new one on its way in Butler. Also have small shopping area here too. 3 good primary schools and 2 high schools ( one opening next month). Close to beach. Public transport - new train coming in next year or 2, but Clarkson station not far. Also JOONDALUP 15 minutes away and is considered a town centre and has all services and giant shopping centre . Haven't actually gone to Perth to shop etc since moving here ( haven't needed to ) so distance to Perth not an issue. Kids like living here and loads of kids to play with.
