Default *TMI*- EXTREMELY heavy bleeding. HELP!!

Hi ladies. So this has got me worried enough to post on here, and I'll be contacting my after hours gp first thing in the morning.

At about 8pm I started bleeding really heavy. I put on a pad but it soaked through almost immediately. I changed pads and went to bed. I've woken up to find I have drenched through the towel I put down and all over the sheets. It looks like a massacre. The blood isn't like my regular period blood, which is much thicker. This is really thin & I can feel it gush out like when your waters break. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with me? I'm quite worried.

I wouldn't know much about that, but my first thought is don't wait til morning, contact your after hours gp now! Praying you're ok.

Call them right now. If you don't have someone coming to the house in under an hour go to your local emergency room. Make sure you specify red fresh blood.
