I am so glad to here I am not the only one only doing the basics now that am home with newborn and 5yo I can see a few jobs that need to be done like wipe all window seals blinds and skirting boards plus wipe a couple of cupboards out! When this might happen is anyone's guess dusting and cleaning shower are the 2 jobs I hate the most

The kids rooms. I clean DS's and literally 10 mins later he's pulled everything out of his toy box. So I found a solution...... close the door and ignore

I let dusting slide a lot. And I dont own an iron so that obviously does not get done.

On the personal front I havent had a hair cut in over a year (not sure of exact time frame) but that it a lot because I never used to pay for it and dont trust hairdressers much. Saddest of all is that I let my art slide as I just have no tie for it. I miss it.

Nothing gets ironed unless we are going to a wedding or something a bit posh lol. Dusting sometimes I will let go a bit to long and I have never washed our walls. I will use a baby wipe to get vegemite handprints off the walls and fridge. I vacuum everyday as I cant stand feeling crumbs on the floor.

I never iron. If it needs ironing it goes to the dry cleaners.

Meh! Ironing. Yuk! No way do I do that.

For other people who said they don't watch the news, we now record it and watch it when the kids go to bed. We went a year and a half b!tching and moaning about how we had no idea what was happening in the world before we realised we could record. Duh!

Pretty much everything... I only tidy once a fortnight before the cleaner comes. My dad does my gardening.
I do clean the kitchen every night though. That's pretty much the only thing I don't let slide.
