    CHALLENGES:
    PHYSICALLY
    Last week I was more physical but lost nothing, this week I have lost 900g. Will keep exercising as best I can. I like that my waist, hips and boobs are going down.

    MENTALLY: So glad I got under 94, I thought I never would.

    How you feel about this weeks loss: ​Good, I haven't lost my way and I will persist.

    Hi All

    Welcome veggiemama. Isn't great how you can lose 1-2kg in the first 6 weeks. I put so much more weight on with DS then I did with DD so I'm feeling it a lot. I haven't visited WW for a while so it is good that they are catering for BF mums. I'm doing lite n'easy which I like because it requires minimal effort on my part.

    Hey Penelopee how is it going, weigh in tomorrow good luck. I'm not a runner but I was nearly tempted after last weeks terrible lack of loss.

    Hi ladies. Here's my latest weigh in / measurements.
    Weight 65.6 now 64.9
    Waist 81 now 78
    Hips 99 now 96
    Thigh 57 no change
    Bust 97 now 96
    Arms 29 now 28
    Belly 93 now 90

    All in all pretty happy that the weight is coming off considering my diet is not the best. I have however been on the AB circle pro n downloaded an app called Nike training - highly recommend ladies!!

    Hi Stac84, thanks for putting meon the Nike training club app. Just did my first 30 minute workout. Started yesterday but collapsed after 15 minutes. I thought I should watch the videos for each exercise and discovered I was over zealous on some of them. So today I'm brilliant.

    Lol I'm glad u like it. I'm loving it, the workouts are a killer. I looked like someone pour a bucket of water over me. Feel great afterwards tho!!

    Agree. I'm becoming addicted.

    No weigh in this week. Gone backwards. DH and I have talked and decided that the best weight loss program that works for me and him is weight watchers so off to my first meeting this Thursday. I liked the meetings.

    Side thought my little DS is absolutely gorgeous.

    Just remember muscle weighs more than fat. Don't go off the scales too much, look more at ur measurements. Keep up the positive work 💪

    This is week 7. After week 8 I'm going to start the 20 week challenge. I'm also a twitterer. The Nike app allows a tweet so today I'm tweeting my workouts etc on #bh20week. It would be great if others joined in.

    On Thursday I weighed in at WW at 93.1 kg. My aim is a kg a week. I'm not going to meet my goal for this 8 week challenge but I'm going to give a damn good try.

    I'm no way going to reach my goal. Have a 17 week old that just won't sleep day or night!! So no huge difference for me.

    Hips 98 - 96
    Thigh 58 - 58
    Bust 97 - 91
    Arms 29 - 28
    Belly 93 - 88
    Need to watch my diet!!
