    Well done samken

Any loss is a loss and that's great. Hope I've lost some too when I weigh tomorrow. Keep up the good work, still 6 weeks to go to goal

Rofl. It starts whenever you are ready. If it makes it easier I don't eat chocolate, I don't like it. So chocolate isn't always the culprit.

Hi guys! Sorry didn't get back after ww last week, I'm finding the newborn, toddler and mil staying all a bit much! Anyway, I weighed in at 88kg the first week week, then lost 1.8 kg so down to 86.2kg last fri. My next weigh in is friday coming up. I was pretty happy with that, still haven't done my measurements as need dh's assistance! Will do that before fri.

Samken, I'm bf too and ww have given me heaps of extra points which I'm not using all of, and just keeping an eye on my supply (which is still in overdrive!). On the whole though, I'm loving their e tools, you can search for recipes etc and track straight from the recipe page. I'm going pretty light on the carbs though.

Penelopee, how's the running? I can't wait to start c25k again, I'm only 6 weeks post csection today and have an appt with the hospital physios soon so will get all clear before I start. I loved it though and never thought I could run before doing it! I've got a x trainer at home though so might try it on there.

Hope everyones week is going well!
