Thanks for all your responses I'm glad this shows what I read on here once (years ago) was bollocks and there is a chance of a girl as I have 5 blastos on ice.

Hi, I have two boys. One fresh blasto FET, second frozen collapsed blasto FET. I also read that IVF = more chance boy and ICIS= more chance girl. We have 2 frozen (just IVF, not ICI) and I'm thinking they are all boys too!!

We had a fresh ICSI 5 day blasto and have a DD.
My understanding is that boys are more likely with traditional IVF because male sperm are quicker so often make it to the egg first. With ICSI I believe a girl is more likely because the scientist has to pick up just one sperm and female sperm move slower so are generally easier to pick up.

As the other ladies have said statistically speaking higher incidence of a boy with a 5 day blasty, and a girl with icsi. Having said that it's only a slightly higher incidence.

    Boy on board here.

Default Blastocysts generally boys or girls

We have a boy from 5 day fresh blastocyst, and pregnant with boy/girl twins from fresh 2 day transfer, which also was ICSI.
