    Just don't use it to space feeds etc. If ur bub is feeding more than 7 times in a 24 hr period it should be fine

    Default Dummies- do they effect breastfeeding?

    I could have written your post Neekie... Same issue here, DD3 is 4 weeks also. I WISH she would take a dummy, I've tried 5 different types but she won't and then of course same problem with her vomiting because she's used me as a dummy.

    The twins were 35 weekers though and were given them in SCN on Day 1 to encourage their sucking reflex, didn't cause any issues with BF.

    Oh dear! Have you tried the nuby ones? I have finally gotten her to take it! And so much less vomiting! I tried it with her at night and in the morning and today she took it no problems! Yay!

    It's a hard decision to give a dummy and then it's even more painful when they won't even take it!! Haha
