I was supposed to go in for a BT and ultrasound tomorrow - but since we're not ttc this month I said that I'd go back on Saturday for another BT to check I'm ovulating (should happen this weekend or early next week). I'm really hoping my lap doesn't screw up my cycle
Hope you feel better tomorrow. I meant to say earlier (and forgot!) that from memory my cycles kicked back in fairly quickly after my laps (possibly even straight away if my memory serves me well....)

I was only thinking the same thing today. I told family after the 7 week scan with DD, but would hold off till 12 weeks now, and not tell others for as long as possible! (though I had a bump that I couldnt hide with DD before 20 weeks!!) Speaking of bumps, my Mum always makes suggestions about "oh youre doing IVF, why dont you just get 2 put back in, have twins and get it over with..." (yeah cos its like that Mum....) Ive always thought OMG no WAY to twins I would lose the plot completely!!. Suddenly now I feel I could face twins.... scary, must be the desperation to be utd!!! With twins theres no WAY I could hide a bump!!

So sorry to hear that. I know I can tell when AF is coming for days, but even with several BFN's it sucks when she comes

We are going to hold off until at least 12 weeks if we ever get a sticky pg. Probably longer for extended family. I know it's stupid and completely illogical but I feel like it's tempting fate.

Thanks ladies. One cycle closer to a sticky right?

I sooooo want twins too! It's so silly! Although I'd be packing up and moving back home to be near my mummy! Lol. Def think its a desperation thing!

We told right after my BFP, I was only about 4 weeks. I had intended to only tell my folks, but my dad posted on fb!!! He will be the last to know next time! I had a hens weekend at 7 weeks, so there wasn't much avoiding telling everyone.

A few people knew about my second pregnancy. But soooo many people know we're trying and often ask, so I will probably tell people when they ask me, but not announce until 12-13 weeks.

One last cycle left for a 2013 baby. Not sure how I feel if this one isn't successful.

Has anyone else considered just giving up?

You are so upbeat mac I'm usually in the fetal position for a few days after AF arrives. hang in there, you will get your BFP

We are the same, everyone knows we are ttc. Drives me nuts bc when we see family they say any baby yet? which if there is, is going to put me on the spot... do I lie? lol
