    I'm so over cooking! We are saving a bit cutting back on take away 1-2 times a week but what a pain!

    DH bday dinner so I cooked garlic steak and mushrooms with balsamic glaze for him and left over falafels and salad for me!

    Chicken and salad rice paper rolls with some sort of dipping sauce ( haven't decided which one ill make yet)

    Not too sure yet. Will probably get take away.
    I'm starting night classes straight after work today and by the time I get home DP will be about to leave for night shift :-(
