I taught DD how to make lasagne today, so that's just having it's 10-min cool down and then that will be served for dinner!

I love my lasagne... I just had making the bechamel because I hate standing there stirring it to make sure it doesn't get lumpy, adding bits of milk... bleh!

We had cheese and herb scones for lunch today too!

Aw, that's so cool, cooking together. Can't wait 'til my littluns can reach the bench top.

Tonight I used up leftover mashed potato by turning it into fish cakes with silverbeet & spinach.
