    Well the kids are having Italian pasta thanks to a continental pasta packet..not enough for me so I'll be having pizza once they are in bed, what a shame

    Its actually really simple and really fatty lol....but soooo good,

    4 - 6 potatoes boiled with minced garlic added to water and boil until soft
    200 ml devondale thickend cream
    2 Tbl spoons marg

    I mash with a fork first and then go crazy with the potato masher but if u have a hand mixer they work amazing, I use it with my mash when I cook at my brothers once a wk...pure perfection...

    Nothing to tricky but yummo...

    Pork and broccoli - I'm on the last dregs of food at the moment but I don't want to shop until the weekend when the boys are with their dad. My boys just had spaghetti on toast. I normally feed them well so I don't mind the odd lazy dinner
